This role focuses on integrating AI into existing ServiceNow Generative AI products, optimizing processes, and driving customer business outcomes. The ideal candidate will partner with customers to define, re-engineer, and validate business requirements, driving process improvements and implementing AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult across various industries and business use cases.
• Proven experience in defining and deploying future-state business processes.
• Strong understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models.
• Solid experience in converting business requirements to configuration requirements.
