This role focuses on driving the adoption and satisfaction of the ITOM platform, enabling customers to achieve business outcomes by optimizing their ITOM processes and realizing their ServiceNow investment. The position involves process definition, stakeholder engagement, and support for customer-facing deliverables.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen
- Public Trust Clearance Required
- Five years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations
- Demonstrated ability to influence and consult
- Experience in defining and deploying future-state ITOM processes
- Solid understanding with leading SAM and HAM engagements
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in providing Knowledge-Centered Service / Support
- Experience in analyzing and recommending ITOM strategies
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
