Senior Business Process Consultant, CRM and Industry Workflows (Secret Clearance)

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant, CRM and Industry Workflows to support customers in migrating their business requirements to configuration. This role involves process definition, re-engineering, process ownership, and driving customer outcomes by leveraging ServiceNow's AI and customer engagement solutions. The Consultant will work with Key Customer Sponsors and Stakeholders on requirements to drive customer business goals.

Requirements

• Experience in leveraging AI for process improvements
• 5+ years of consulting experience in complex, global organizations (federal, state, or local)
• Strong understanding of AI models (Generative AI), Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models
• ServiceNow Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent experience is highly valued
• Solid understanding of data compliance standards (PII/PHI)
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Telephony, etc.
• Strong understanding with leading Customer Service and/or Field Service systems
• Experience in converting business requirements to configuration requirements
