Senior Business Process Consultant

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant for its ITOM Workflow team. This role involves consulting with customers on their ITOM processes, guiding them to leverage ServiceNow SAM and HAM products to accelerate business outcomes. The consultant will drive process definition, re-engineering, and implementation, ensuring customer success through proactive guidance and support.

Requirements

• In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has: For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $135300-236,800 , plus equity, variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
• At least five years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and consult in ITOM Service Delivery / Shared Services environment.
• Strong understanding with leading SAM and HAM engagements integrating with procurement.
• Solid experience in converting business requirements to configuration requirements.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Experience in providing Knowledge-Centered Service / Support using technologies.
• Experience in analyzing and recommending ITOM strategies based on business priorities.
