Senior Business Process Consultant, Security Operations (Federal)

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Business Process Consultant, Security Operations to design and implement customer processes built on ServiceNow. The role involves understanding customer workflows, leveraging ServiceNow's security tools, and providing expert guidance to customers. Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience as part of professional services organization; or equivalent education/experience
• Experience leading security operations consulting engagements is a MUST
• Industry domain expertise in Security Operations is a MUST
• CISSP or equivalent certifications are highly preferred
• JavaScript proficiency is preferred
• Ability to fulfill technical consultant tasks as needed
• Creativity with comfort running projects independently
• Experience driving complex issues through analysis and resolution
• Experience working collaboratively
• Ability to travel up to 50%
