Vanguard is hiring a Senior Business Technology Advisor to shape the future of HR and enterprise operations. This is a strategic leadership role that will directly influence how HR evolves and delivers value across the entire enterprise.
Requirements
- Develop and lead annual and multi-year strategic technology plans for HR and the enterprise
- Provide expert consulting on process improvement initiatives
- Drive adoption and integration of Generative AI
- Reimagine workflows by leveraging Workday and ServiceNow
- Oversee implementation and continuous improvement of business systems and software
- Monitor user feedback and system performance
- Build and launch a new HR demand intake system
- Coach and mentor less experienced crew members
- Contribute to special projects and perform other duties as needed
