Job description for a Senior ServiceNow GDN Consultant to develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities include developing ITSM and other modules, following best development practices, and supporting other developers.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML,JAVA Script, etc.)
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills & Ability to work Independently and with a team
- Very good knowledge of the ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
- Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
Requirements Summary
