Candidate should have experience in ServiceNow tool and ability to work in a dynamically changing environment. Excellent communication and analytical skills required to lead a customer service driven environment.
Requirements
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience with minimum 3 full cycle implementation of any ServiceNow module
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML,JAVA Script, etc.)
- ServiceNow upgrade hands-on
- Very good knowledge of the ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
Requirements Summary
3+ years of ServiceNow experience with strong analytical skills and hands-on implementation experience
