The Senior ServiceNow Consultant is responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to satisfy IT department and beyond needs. This role involves ITSM and other module development, system integration, implementation, testing, and creating technical design documents. The position also focuses on ServiceNow upgrades and global implementation, requiring strong collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Proficiency in REST API/webservice/JSON
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes
- Knowledge of Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script)
- Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade skills
- Hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience (3+ full cycles)
Requirements Summary
