Senior Change, Release and Deployment Analyst

Oversees the change management process, release of updates to technical systems, and ensures that production systems are functional following a successful release.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
• 4 – 6 years of related experience.
• One or more of the following skills: knowledge of ITIL change management, service management and/or project management, IT security, patching, compliance, and best practices.
• Experience with IT Service Management; Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ITIL-based support environment and with IT Service Management (ITSM) systems such as ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of GitLab CI/CD pipeline configuration and automation.
• Experience with ServiceNow using API’s, dashboards, and reporting.
• Demonstrated analytical skills.
• Demonstrated project management skills.
