Senior Cloud Engineer (Docker, CICD, AWS)

The Prime Brokerage Team is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to help build and maintain high quality product and solutions to enable custody business. The role involves partner & stakeholder engagement, design, release support and production support, and working closely with early-stage teams on design and initial setup.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise in building and maintaining cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Provisioning and maintaining cloud infrastructure at Fidelity requires coordination across numerous technology groups and a strong awareness of the industry specific governance and security considerations
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), having managed services and applications in a large AWS cross-account environment using IAM and federated SSO
• Experience in deploying and maintaining highly available, scalable, distributed systems in a Microservices based architecture
• A solid grasp of development, automation, and monitoring tools and practices
• Experience with a programming language, including Python, Scala, or Java
• Working knowledge of Containerization, network protocols, encryption, and security
• Ability to quickly grasp Fidelity-specific deployment standards, patterns, and internal controls
• Strong written communication, particularly technical documentation
• Familiarity with Fidelity operations and tools such as Venafi, SecureTrak, ServiceNow, Jira, Cloudability, Power BI, Grafana
