Senior Configuration Management Systems Analyst

GovCIO is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Configuration Management Systems Analyst III (Senior) to join our team in Doral, FL. The position involves maintaining the integrity and accuracy of an organization's IT infrastructure and service information, leading and mentoring junior team members, and implementing process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related scientific or technical discipline
• Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of ITIL-informed best practices, particularly in the areas of configuration management, change management, and incident management
• Experience with CMDB tools and technologies (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Atrium)
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
