We are seeking a Senior Consultant - ServiceNow to develop and maintain comprehensive ServiceNow reports and dashboards across multiple modules, including ITSM and HRSD. The successful candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow, SQL, data warehousing, and familiarity with cloud platforms. The role involves automating report schedules, transforming ServiceNow data using REST APIs, and collaborating with various teams to refine reporting needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Reporting & Dashboards
- Proficiency in Platform/Performance Analytics and MetricBase
- Knowledge in SQL query to extract data from Snowflake.
