This is a Senior Consultant role focused on system management and working in a rotating 24/7 shift. The consultant will support ITIL processes, including Linux shell scripting and Oracle, with banking domain knowledge. They will also be responsible for incident lifecycle management, problem management, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Excellent L2 Production Support
- 24/7 rotation (as per shift rooster)
- Linux shell scripting and Oracle skills
- ITIL Certification preferred
- ITRS Autosys App dynamics ServiceNow UDeploy proficiency
- Incident life cycle management expertise
- Problem life cycle management expertise
- PMR process knowledge
- Change management, releases, and deployments knowledge
- Debugging and solution implementation ability
- Coordination with L3 and development team
- Programming experience and devops experience a plus
Requirements Summary
35 years of experience in system management; strong scripting/technical skills; ITIL certification preferred; understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes
