EY is looking for a Senior Consultant to serve as a ServiceNow developer into ITOM, HAM, CSM, and Discovery Modules. The ideal candidate should have experience working on more than one of these applications.
Requirements
- Serve as a ServiceNow developer on a cross-functional development team
- Collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces
- Develop integration solutions for multiple ServiceNow modules
- Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs
- Develop and manage operational metrics reporting and dashboards
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful projects
- Support the development and analysis of customer requirements
- Perform application testing
- Create and maintain system design and operations documentation
- Experience with Agile methodologies for software development
- ServiceNow Admin certified (CSA)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS for any of the modules)
- Certified Application Developer
