Requirements

• 2–5 years of consulting experience in the energy sector
• Practical experience with an energy provider or in industry-relevant projects
• University degree in business, energy-related studies, or a relevant science/engineering discipline
• Strong affinity for digitalization and information technology
• Solid knowledge of standard consulting methods and tools
• Passion for innovation and willingness to take responsibility
• Strategic mindset and deep understanding of business processes in the energy sector
• Fluent in German (C1) and business-fluent in English
