Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in SLA management and Procd critical issues monitoring, escalation and resolution
• Exposure in ServiceNow Portal and organizational change procedures
• Java development, process automation, and Devops Experience in PL SQL
• Experience in problem solving, application health monitoring tools
• Experience with automation and application health monitoring tools
