Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working in a technology-driven, consultative environment
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow or similar SaaS platforms
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Proven Customer Success Track Record
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior customer stakeholders
