Reprise is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to own a book of delighted customers who gain increasing value from their software platform. This role involves accelerating customer onboarding, delivering hands-on training, driving retention, and identifying expansion opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, communication abilities, and a data-driven approach.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of customer success or account management experience in B2B SaaS
  • Proven success managing enterprise accounts through complete lifecycle—from onboarding through expansion and renewal
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn software and teach configuration to customers
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic & Analytical Mindset
  • Strong project management capabilities
