As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you'll work closely with sales, implementation, engineering, and product teams to advise customers on B2B purchasing transformation and create immediate value and efficiency for employees.
Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in customer-facing customer success, technical account management, or strategic consulting organization
- Procurement experience and familiarity with procurement technologies such as ERP, HRIS, CLM, GRC, JIRA, ServiceNow workflow management tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish quick rapport and trust with customers
