Senior Deskside Consultant

Long View is seeking a Senior Deskside Consultant to work on-site at a client location in Houston, TX. The role involves providing technical support to end-users, configuring and deploying computer hardware and software, and troubleshooting issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of related IT experience
• Knowledge of server operations, infrastructure, web interfaces, and remote access tools
• Experience supporting Microsoft environments in a deskside support role
• ITIL Incident Management understanding
• Ability to diagnose, research and solve technical and data issues independently
• Ability to work with ServiceNOW
• Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
