Provide first-class support for a high-energy creative and executive team, provisioning new equipment, onboard new users, and troubleshoot desktops and peripherals. Work with SMP infrastructure staff to navigate wiring closets and patch workstations/devices into the network. Support global locations as required and work with Sony L2 & L3 teams to troubleshoot and configure local infrastructure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field
- Strong understanding of Windows and MAC environments
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and Office 365 Administration
- Experience with Service Desk ticketing systems such as Jira or ServiceNow
- Broadly familiar with basic networking concepts (tcp/ip, subnets, dhcp, dns)
- Familiar with basic security & privacy principles (MFA, Access Control, Asset Management, phishing, data protection, encryption)
