The Senior Digital Workplace Engineer – Messaging, Collaboration, and Productivity is a key technical leader responsible for architecting, engineering, and sustaining enterprise-wide messaging, collaboration, and productivity platforms.
Requirements
- Lead the architecture and engineering of enterprise messaging, collaboration, and productivity services.
- Design and implement integrations with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, and Palo Alto Cortex.
- Oversee deployment and optimization of advanced digital workplace technologies.
- Resolve escalated L3-level issues and provide technical mentorship to L1–L2 support teams.
- Facilitate enterprise-wide change management initiatives, including major migrations and rollout of new capabilities.
- Analyze service performance reports, usage metrics, and error trends to guide operational decisions.
- Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulatory requirements in partnership with IAM and ISO.
- Maintain architectural documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base content.
- Serve as the senior SME for Messaging, Collaboration, and Productivity, supporting the target support model and architecture.
- Drive enterprise-scale projects and initiatives led or supported by the Digital Workplace Services organization.
- Lead the architecture and engineering of the Microsoft 365 tenant, Exchange infrastructure, and related services.
- Deploy and optimize Microsoft 365 technologies including Teams Premium, Advanced Townhall, Teams SMS texting, Copilot, and Vivia platform.
