Senior Director, Executive Communications

ServiceNow is seeking a strategic and innovative executive communications professional to join its Global Employee Communications and Engagement team. This role will focus on crafting compelling narratives to engage the workforce, building trust and loyalty, and serving as a trusted advisor to the Chief People and AI Enablement Officer. The position involves overseeing execution of communications plans and supporting initiatives.

Requirements

• Leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• Experience in building and executing a multi-functional communications strategy.
• Experience working in a matrixed environment and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• BS/BA degree required, MBA or advanced degree recommended.
