Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive executive recruiting experience
• Leading executive recruiting functions in high-volume, global environments
• Experience in both internal and external talent acquisition at top professional services firms and recognized attractors of top engineering talent
• Proven success in a global, multi-billion-dollar, high-growth technology organization
• Deep understanding of global technology talent markets and leading companies in the sector
• Strategic thinker who anticipates and interprets market changes
