Senior Director, Head of IT Service Delivery

Barings requires a Senior Director, Head of IT Service Delivery to drive the delivery of infrastructure and operations services, ensure alignment with stakeholder and business expectations, and lead operational models across infrastructure, IT Service Management, work intake processes, permit to design, build, and operate processes, and infrastructure delivery management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in leading large teams and managing other managers.
• Strong problem-solving, IT delivery management, and change management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of service delivery trends, quality, and risk management
• High level technical understanding of Azure, End User Computing, Service Management and tools (ServiceNow) and Network and Security required.
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, ITIL, ITSM frameworks
• Experience in working in a Financial Services organization highly beneficial.
