HealthEdge is seeking a transformative Sr. Director of ITSM & Global Operations to join their REO organization. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, fostering collaboration, and evolving Global Operations capabilities. The candidate will lead globally distributed teams, establish metrics, and implement a scalable ITSM framework for HealthEdge's platform.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in ITIL/ITSM frameworks, with proven success tailoring them to SaaS, cloud-native, and DevOps environments.
- Strong technical acumen in cloud operations (AWS, Azure, or GCP), monitoring/observability platforms, automation/orchestration, and incident management tooling.
- Exceptional ability to analyze complex operational data, identify trends, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Executive presence with excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Skilled in cross-functional influence and stakeholder management.
