Senior Domain Architect - Service Operations (CRM)

Farmers is seeking a strategic Senior Domain Architect to lead the technical strategy transforming their service contact center into a revenue generator. This role focuses on leveraging digital tools and AI to enhance customer and agent support, improving customer experience, and boosting agent productivity. The ideal candidate will own the architecture vision, drive key initiatives across Sales, Salesforce and other systems, and mentor junior architects.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT
• 4-5 years in a solution or domain architect role
• Proven experience leading the architecture for complex CRM or ITSM platforms
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing solutions on Salesforce
• Demonstrable experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms
• Technical skills in Salesforce, ITIL and ITSM frameworks
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect/System Architect certification (preferred)
• ITIL v3/v4 certification (preferred)
