Senior Domain Architect - Service Operations (Salesforce)

Farmers is seeking a Senior Domain Architect to lead the technical strategy for their service contact center. This role focuses on transforming the service experience through digital integration and a ServiceNow-based AI-enabled desktop, ensuring scalable and secure solutions. The ideal candidate will own the architecture vision and roadmap, influencing platform modernization and ensuring a seamless customer and agent support journey.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise IT, with 4-5 years in a solution or domain architect role.
• Proven experience leading the architecture for complex CRM or ITSM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, specifically Service Cloud.
• Demonstrable experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms and ITIL principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, IT/IS, Engineering, etc.).
