The Senior ServiceNow GDN Consultant will be responsible for developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM) and implementation or development experience with minimum 3 full cycle implementation of any ServiceNow module. The role requires strong hands-on ServiceNow experience, knowledge of Web Technologies, and effective communication skills.
Requirements
- Ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Prior working experience in ServiceNow tool
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow implementation or development experience
- Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
- Knowledge in ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM process
- Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills
- Minimum 3 full cycle implementation experience of ServiceNow modules
