The Senior Employee Relations Partner is a strategic partner to the Global HR Business Partners, Global Employment Law, and HR Generalist Teams. The ideal candidate brings global employee relations knowledge and experience to address and resolve highly complex people matters.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Understanding of the EMEA region, and familiar with country specific employment laws and requirements.
- 5+ years of experience handling a variety of ER issues from performance improvement to full blown investigations.
- Bachelor’s, with employment law experience or advanced certification is preferred
- Five plus years experience within Employee Relations or similar fields
- Excellent interpersonal facilitation, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage own time and workload, juggling conflicting priorities.
- Knowledge of HR programs and processes (e.g., performance management, workforce planning, talent management and employment laws).
- Analytical skills to interpret data to unlock stories, trends / hot spots and action on learnings.

Requirements Summary
