ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to oversee the on-time, on-budget delivery of defined solution scope to meet customer's desired results. The role requires collaboration with customer project team and partner, ensuring governance and risk mitigation. The EM will lead the delivery team, manage engagement governance, and promote long-term customer success.

Requirements

  • 6 years of high-tech/SaaS industry experience
  • 4+ years in customer engagement roles
  • Experience in implementing ServiceNow products in hospitality, retail, manufacturing or telecommunications
  • Strong cross-functional, Project Management experience
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills
  • Experience with analytics and understanding of metrics and KPIs
