Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in high-tech/SaaS industry
- 7+ years in Customer Engagement roles
- Strong cross-functional, technical Project Management experience
- Experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow products
- Demonstrated experience leading projects
- Strong documentation and presentation skills
- Experience with analytics and metrics
