Senior Engineer, Configuration Management Database

PTC is a global company that values diversity and inclusion. We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our Infrastructure Technology team to work on ServiceNow ITOM platform focused on CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure support function
• Understanding of ITSM best-practice processes, Configuration Management, and Asset Management experience
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard Change, Configuration, and Asset Management system tools, preferably within the ServiceNow environment
• Familiarity with integration technologies like RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML
• Analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
