We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Master Engineer to serve as the IT Architect for IT Process Automation and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Champion.
Requirements
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex IT process automation solutions
- Drive innovation in automation strategies to enhance efficiency and improve service reliability
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams on automation best practices and frameworks
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of CMDB architecture
- Fully deploy and optimize ServiceNow Discovery across servers, storage, and network devices
- Act as the chief architect for IT process automation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable, resilient, and secure IT solutions
- Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues
- Mentor and develop engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation

Requirements Summary
