We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the ongoing administration, configuration, and maintenance of our ServiceNow platform to support our organization's IT Service Management (ITSM) needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Engineer
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and functionalities
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, frameworks, and best practices (ITIL)
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies used for ServiceNow customization and development
- Experience with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, and MID Server
