Senior ETL Developer

TECKpert is seeking a Senior ETL Developer to support their client in Tallahassee, Florida. The role involves managing and modernizing enterprise data integration environments, with a focus on Snowflake cloud warehousing and Informatica IDMC/PowerCenter. The developer will translate business requirements into scalable data solutions, optimize ETL/ELT performance, and ensure data integrity.

Requirements

• A successful candidate has the following experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 7+ years IT experience with data management, BI tools, and data warehousing.
• Strong experience with Informatica IDMC (administration, development, performance tuning).
• Expertise in Snowflake administration, optimization, and data modeling.
• Proficiency with Informatica PowerCenter, Data Quality, and Data Catalog.
• Experience with Power BI and Cognos report/dashboard development.
• Hands-on with RedHat Linux administration (security patching, scripts, file systems).
• Experience with IDMC connectors (CDC, PowerExchange, ServiceNow).
• Working knowledge of relational DBs (DB2, SQL Server, Oracle).
• Familiarity with mainframe COBOL, JCL, DB2 analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
