This role requires an experienced Senior Executive to manage infrastructure, cloud platforms, networking, security, and database administration. The position involves ensuring system stability, performance optimization, and incident management using ticketing systems. Conversational AI and DevOps/Automation skills are also highly preferred.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL) administration
- Proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with load balancers, TLS/SSL, RBAC, and voice technologies
- Expertise in MySQL, Redis, HAProxy, and Tomcat
- Practical knowledge of Grafana, Prometheus, and API performance tuning
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Experience using JIRA, ServiceNow, and other ticketing systems
Requirements Summary
