The Senior ServiceNow Consultant is responsible for developing technical solutions and supporting IT needs within a dynamic environment. This role involves ServiceNow platform development, integration with various systems (SaaS, external apps), and implementation best practices. Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills are key to leading a collaborative team-driven IT environment.

- Knowledge of REST API and other web technologies (XML, HTML, Java Script)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Requirements Summary
3+ full ServiceNow implementations, REST API experience, and strong communication skills. Understanding of ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD processes is also required
