Senior Federal Solution Sales Executive - CX

ServiceNow is looking for a Senior Federal Solution Sales Executive - CX to be responsible for market success of ServiceNow's CX, Service Digital and Now Assist Products across the US Federal Civilian Tribes and GSA Government Agencies. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of sales experience for customer workflows (CX) products in the Federal Government, with a focus on products in service automation, field service management, digital workflows and AI.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales experience for customer workflows (CX) products in the Federal Government
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related discipline preferred
• US Citizenship
