As a Senior Field Technician, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets for internal and external customers, while also partnering with business leaders and coordinating small teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience acting in a team lead capacity
  • Proven experience in a data center environment, including rack & stack, cable management, switches, and access points
  • Experience troubleshooting Cisco, Dell, and POS systems a plus
  • Experience troubleshooting desktops and laptops
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Able to follow instructions and procedures
  • Uses information systems, technology functions and applications in line with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role
  • Demonstrates an organized approach to work
  • Demonstrates customer service abilities
  • Routine administrative skills
  • Good interpersonal skills, basic literacy and numeracy skills
  • Demonstrates awareness of health and safety at work
  • Able to meet the physical requirements of the usual and customary methods of performing the job functions
