As a Senior Field Technician, you will provide technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve tickets for internal and external customers, while also partnering with business leaders and coordinating small teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience acting in a team lead capacity
- Proven experience in a data center environment, including rack & stack, cable management, switches, and access points
- Experience troubleshooting Cisco, Dell, and POS systems a plus
- Experience troubleshooting desktops and laptops
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Able to follow instructions and procedures
- Uses information systems, technology functions and applications in line with IT industry standards as appropriate to the role
- Demonstrates an organized approach to work
- Demonstrates customer service abilities
- Routine administrative skills
- Good interpersonal skills, basic literacy and numeracy skills
- Demonstrates awareness of health and safety at work
