The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience in leading global enterprise projects and strong expertise in program governance, project management methodologies, and business processes within HR.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in leading Global Enterprise Projects
• Strong expertise in program governance, project management methodologies, business processes and portfolio management within HR
• Exceptional ability to manage cross-functional collaborations and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on results and value creation
• Systems experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office
• PMP Certification preferred, not required
