Senior HR Project Manager

Hitachi Digital is seeking a Senior HR Project Manager to lead the delivery of impactful HR initiatives and projects that align with the organization's strategic priorities and goals. The role involves building and inspiring a high-performing team, driving end-to-end delivery of HR initiatives, and collaborating with stakeholders across departments.

Requirements

• 10+ years of proven experience in leading Global Enterprise Projects
• Strong expertise in program governance, project management methodologies, business processes and portfolio management within HR
• Exceptional ability to manage cross-functional collaborations and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on results and value creation
• Systems experience with Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft Office
• PMP Certification preferred, not required
