TechnipFMC is seeking a Senior HR Shared Services Manager to lead and oversee HR Shared Services operations across two countries in our South America region. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, capable of managing a diverse team and collaborating with HR and business leaders to align HR services with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor/Master in HR related field, or MBA or Bachelor/Master in Technical field having HR related work experience
- Solid leadership experience managing direct reports
- Must be proficient in English
- Knowledge, skills and experience in HR operations, HR Shared Services, project and system implementations and/or change management in complex organizations
- Experience in managing multicultural and geographically dispersed teams
- Experience with process review and mapping
- Experience in implementing HR Shared Services and tiered service delivery models
- Availability to work in a Hybrid model (4 times a week in the office) and for travelling to other sites and countries
