As a Senior HRIS Workday Analyst Lead, you will craft and implement HCM solutions within Workday. The role will require partnership with partners across our P&C team, understanding business needs, defining requirements, and architecting, configuring, supporting, and maintaining solutions to achieve desired business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of professional experience in Workday HCM and reporting required, acting as a solution architect to provide solutions and lead full life-cycle implementations
- Workday Pro certified with advanced proficiency in Workday HCM and reporting preferred
- Experience and knowledge of other Workday modules preferred (such as Compensation, Benefits, Talent, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving skills and capacity to troubleshoot technical issues
- Experience developing and delivering training programs
- Solid attention to detail and ability to maintain data accuracy and integrity
- A dedication to outstanding customer care, adaptable and flexible
- Ability to multitask and work effectively and efficiently, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced, changing work environment
- Ability to follow handling sensitive and confidential employee data
- Works under general direction; must be able to work independently
