Senior Human Resources Specialist

Our Opportunity: Chewy is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to join our HR Service Center based in Dania Beach, FL. This position is responsible for ensuring high quality and high touch service is delivered to Team Members at their first point of contact (Tier 1).

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of generalist experience preferably working in an HRIS system (such as Kronos, Workday and/or ServiceNow)
• Customer service focused, have a passion for process improvement, be self-motivated and able to work both independently and in a team environment
