Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support environment
  • 4+ years of experience with IT Service Management best practices and core functions
  • ITIL Foundation v3 or higher
  • Microsoft Windows 10, or higher, operating system
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • ServiceNow
