Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field
• Over 8 years and up to 10 years of experience in IT related systems administration and/or network support role
• Experience with ServiceNow for ITOM, IRM, ITSM, HAM, SAM, APM, and ITIL v4 framework
• Experience maintaining system health, patching, general maintenance, security compliance, and managing high volume of operational tickets
