Senior Infrastructure Analyst | Service Improvement - Command Center

Xp Inc. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst to join their Service Improvement - Command Center area, where they will monitor, record, analyze, and coordinate the resolution of IT incidents to ensure service continuity and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related areas.
• Previous experience in the operations area in corporate environments.
• Previous experience in technical support or related areas.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, especially Incident Management and/or service levels.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple demands simultaneously.
• Analytical, proactive, and effective communication profile.
• Ability to analyze data and generate management reports.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes.
