Senior Infrastructure Analyst | Service Improvement - Command Center

The team monitors, records, analyzes, and coordinates IT incident resolution, ensuring service continuity and compliance with SLAs. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related areas
• Previous experience in operations in corporate environments
• Previous experience in technical support or related areas
• Familiarity with ITSM tools, such as ServiceNow
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, especially Incident Management and/or service levels
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple demands simultaneously
• Analytical, proactive profile with effective communication
• Skill in data analysis and management report generation
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes
