Senior IT Portfolio Analyst

The Senior IT Portfolio Analyst (Senior Analyst) is responsible for prioritizing and creating a portfolio roadmap for accounting applications and reporting within the Accounting applications and reporting portfolio. This role involves in-depth knowledge of the portfolio's operations, market research, and collaboration with BI and Development teams. They will manage product lifecycle, manage projects, and deliver reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Partner with business stakeholders and gather business requirements.
• Analyze business user needs into documentation.
• Collaborate with BI team to review/implement tech solutions.
• Assist users with service requests and handle data uploads.
• Manage product lifecycle and performance reviews.
• Create and maintain user accounts and adjust access permissions.
• Perform new user setup and security audits.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
